Teachers

Getting great results from your Pilates workouts depends on many factors. One of the most important is who is teaching your lesson.

We are committed to provide you with the highest standard of instruction in the St.Pete/Tampa Bay area. That’s why all our teachers have successfully completed comprehensive certification programs and regularly participate in continuing education.

Michele Berman

Studio Owner/Teacher

I began studying Pilates in 1999. The exercises made so much sense to me, having participated in gymnastics, figure skating and ballet as a child. My interest developed into a passion, so I made a full-time commitment to Pilates, completing Physicalmind Institute’s intensive teacher training program. I love working with people, helping them transform their bodies. Practicing Pilates is truly empowering. You should try it!

Elaine HatcherElaine Hatcher

Pilates Teacher

I have a passion and talent for bringing out the best in everyone I train. Through the founding principles of the Pilates Method, I teach you what you need to do in order to develop the strong, powerful, agile body you were designed to enjoy. Joseph Pilates said “Physical Fitness is the First Requisite of Happiness”, and I completely agree! I want to work with those open to guidance; individuals who want to get strong, out of pain and change their bodies, and are willing to work for the results. Commitment and effort are the only way to get there! Hard work I know, but I’m here to guide and cheer you through all the way. And by working together, you will achieve your body’s fullest, most healthy and happy potential. Promise.
